Jeanelle
Property Manager
Jeanelle has been with Pembroke Realty Group for almost 9 years. Jeanelle has been with PARK 216 from Day 1 and she is thrilled to see the community continuously grow. Jeanelle has a blast mingling with our residents during our Resident Appreciation Events and loves seeing new friendships being made. She is a plant whisperer, loves to cook on the grill, likes hip-hop, reggae, or anything to keep her pumped up and motivated. Summer is her favorite time of the year.
Steven
Senior Property Manager
Steven has been with Pembroke Realty Group for 3 years and has been in Property Management for 5 years. What he enjoys most about his job is being able to help residents and making communities where everyone is proud of living. Steven loves trying new restaurants, hanging out with friends and family, and traveling. Steven has been to Hawaii and Puerto Rico multiple times and his dream is to visit Europe. Favorite dish is macaroni cheese.
Shonna
Sr Regional Property Manager
Shonna has been in Property Management for 23 years. She loves providing excellent service. She can often be found walking the communities checking on everything and talking with residents. On her time off, Shonna loves reading, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family.
